Heitz

CNC Machining and Manufacturing

Heitz Machine is located in Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. St. Louis is an excellent location as a logistical "hub" for transportation throughout the United States.

The Past....

Heitz Machine
was started in 1946. From its beginning, Heitz was a production job shop that specialized in aggressive machining of complex parts. As the company grew it developed strong capabilities in two distinct areas: A) single spindle automatic screw machines; B) turning and chucking for complex parts requiring grinding, broaching, etc. Over the years the company developed a reputation for quality. This is still the case today. The company has been at its present location since 1964 and operates out of a 40,000 square foot facility.

The Future is Now

In the early 1990’s it became clear that the job shop machining industry was changing dramatically and the Heitz Machine must also change to remain competitive and grow.

The ever-accelerating pace of technology with CNC machines, computers and information systems continuously needs to be addressed so that we can bring the most value our customers.

Through the 1990’s, into the 2000’s and currently, Heitz Machine has and is investing in up to date equipment and technology to set a path for the future.

Our ability to provide a significant capability for precision CNC machining is intrinsically part of the planning process we use for future acquisitions of capital equipment and information technology.

We are looking well into the 21st century now at Heitz Machine.

We look forward to continued growth and maintaining our vision as a World Class Supplier.
